Q: How do we pick up the keys?

A:“The villa has keyless entry. You will receive your unique access code approximately one week before your arrival.”

Q: What is supplied by the villa?

A: Villas come with bedding and towels, and a equipped kitchens. Each bathroom has 1 toilet roll and 1 bar of soap.. You can also purchase Welcome Packs and Starter Packs to be ready on your arrival.

Q: What if I decide I want pool heating after arrival?

A: Pool heating can be added at any time. There is a $15 call-out fee, and the pool heating cost is typically $35/night. Payment must be made before the system is turned on. Heating will take approximately 24 hours and is affected by outside temperatures, increasing by about 10°F.

Q: Check-in / Check-out times?

A: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early or late check-in/out may be available if bookings are not back-to-back, with an additional cost.

Q: What is a property damage insurance / security deposit?

A: A security deposit of £150 / $250 per week is required. This is payable with the final balance and will be refunded 1–2 weeks after the management team has completed the departure inspection.

Q: Is baby equipment available at the villa?

A: The villa has a travel cot, highchair, and strollers. (available on request no extra cost)

Q: What are the Welcome and Starter Packs? Welcome Pack ($50): Orange juice, water, milk, 8-pack cereal, bread, butter, jam, sugar, tea, and coffee. Starter Pack ($50): Trash bags, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, and sponges.

Q: Is there a BBQ at the villa? A: Yes! A BBQ is available at the villa. BBQ hire costs £70 / $95 per week and can be requested at the time of booking.

Q: What do we do if we have a problem while at the villa?

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Animals of any kind are not permitted at the villas.

Q: Is smoking allowed at the villas?

A: Yes, the villa has free WiFi. Login details are provided in your arrival pack or at the villa.

Q: How will I find my villa? A: You will receive an information pack 1 week before arrival with directions, entry codes, and useful tips for your stay.

Q: What is the difference between a Hot Tub and a Spa?

A: Hot Tub: Typically above ground and heated separately. Spa: Built into the ground, usually next to the pool, heated via the pool system (so it may not be as hot as a separate hot tub). Both have jets for a relaxing massage experience.
